Firstly can I say hello. My name is Linzi, I am a mum of three, Kaitlyn (10), Thomas (8) and our newest edition Evie (6 months). We are a military family currently living overseas.
Life as you can imagine in hectic, we are busy all day every day but I still try to find time to bake. Baking is my relaxation. I love to make things and watch the enjoyment my friends and family get from eating them. I try not to eat too many myself but that never works...I am sure you know the feeling.
I have decided to write a blog of my creations to share them with everyone and as a record of my baking successes and failures :)
Hopefully this will be the first post of many. I hope you enjoy reading my blog, having a go yourself and most importantly enjoy eating the cake you make.
Anyway I am off to the kitchen to make my first bake for the blog....what shall I begin with???
